Simply sign up with your email, complete your profile with your skills, qualifications, certifications, and experience. Add photos of your work and set your service areas. We recommend completing at least 80% of your profile to attract more customers.

Yes! Creating an account and browsing jobs is completely free. You only purchase credits when you want to apply for jobs. We never charge monthly fees or hidden costs.

We require a valid ID, proof of qualifications/trade license, and insurance certificate. Verified accounts get a special badge that builds trust with customers and increases your chances of getting hired.

Go to your profile settings and click on "Verify Account". Upload your documents, and our team will review them within 24-48 hours. Once verified, you'll receive a verification badge on your profile.

Credits are used to apply for jobs. Each job application costs 1-2 credits depending on the job type and urgency. Credits never expire, so you can buy them in bulk and use them when convenient.

Most standard job applications cost 1 credit. Urgent or premium jobs may cost 2 credits. You can see the credit cost before applying to any job.

Payments are processed securely through our escrow system. Once the customer confirms job completion, funds are released to you within 24-48 hours. You can withdraw your earnings to your bank account or PayPal.

Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact our support team to process your refund. Credits used for job applications cannot be refunded.

Use our search and filter features to find jobs by category, location, distance, and budget. You can also set up job alerts to get notified when new jobs matching your skills are posted.

You can apply for as many jobs as you want, as long as you have enough credits. Each application costs 1-2 credits, so plan your credits accordingly.

The customer will receive your application and review your profile. If interested, they'll contact you through the platform to discuss details. You'll receive notifications for any updates.

Yes! While the customer provides a budget range, you can discuss and agree on the final price directly with them through our messaging system. Be professional and transparent about costs.

We have a secure escrow payment system that ensures you get paid for completed work. We also verify all customers and have a dispute resolution process to handle any issues fairly.

All payments are held in escrow until the customer confirms job completion. If the customer refuses to pay after satisfactory work, our dispute resolution team will investigate and help resolve the issue.

Contact our support team immediately. We have a formal dispute resolution process where both parties can present their case. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and quickly.

If a customer cancels before work starts, you'll get your credits back. If they cancel after work has begun, you may be eligible for compensation depending on the situation and our cancellation policy.
