How do I set up my payment method?

Go to Settings > Payment Methods to add your bank account details. We accept all major Australian banks.

How do I upload my license/insurance?

Go to Profile > Verification and upload your documents in PDF or image format. We'll review and verify within 24-48 hours.

How do I buy credits?

Visit the Packages page to view our credit bundles. You can purchase credits using your saved payment method.

Why is my account not verified?

Check that you've uploaded all required documents (ID, license, insurance, ABN). Documents must be clear and valid. Contact us if you need help.
